  This place is despicable. They had two different shoes (Sperry's) in a box & tried to not make an exchange for me. They were slightly different cookies, & had different serial numbers. They said they were worn. Why would we wear 2 different shoes out? The manager brought out a pair of shoes that were supposed to be "clean" & show the only way they'd take a return. There was a wad of gum on the "unworn shoes." She tried quickly to shove them back in the box. I told her, "Oh no. I need a picture of how they should look." They refused to fix their mistake. So, I left & had my husband take them back the next week. He had no issues. I watched them shame an older lady in her late 60's who brought her box in with 2 different Clark's shoes in it. They told her the issue was with Clark's & she'd have to take it up with them. They would not exchange her shoes. The girl said, "Mam, how could it possibly be our fault? The box comes from Clark's. They ship them to us. You have to contact them." How, you ask? The box isn't sealed you ignorant girl. A customer, or more likely someone who works there, gets a kick out of swapping shoes into other boxes. I have talked with other customers & I have found out about 3 other incidents with different shoes, & many others where they just refused to exchange a purchase. Do NOT SHOP HERE!
